The only thing magnesium actually does for me mag citrate. It did nothing for me sleep, anxiety, or energy 😭 I'm not sure why as I've tried all the different types.

Also just realized, I eat like 95% of the foods you listen, every week. So maybe that's why?

possibly, also not everyone responds the same to supplements but could also depend on dosage there of and timing if it's for sleep

Thanks, Nur! I’ve been taking glycine too for sleep, but helps with many things - it’s also known as the longevity amino acid. Wrote about it a couple of months back :)
